The experience is great from an app perspective as well as support and some of the produce options are great. Then only thing is that so much depends on the particular farmer that sometimes one feels terrible when they send substandard produce. The support team is great so they do refund as required but then when you depend on a delivery and it's not good produce, it's a big problem. But otherwise it's a great way to get great produce.

App is very primitive. Very difficult to find what you want. No option to mark any favourite. If you add something in card, there is no guarantee it will in cart after two days. Delivery is good, but quality and freshness of product is erratic. Sometimes you might get fresh items, but sometimes they will slip couple of stale items, for which they will not refund money.

Though good initiative, App nor website is good. Login suddenly doesn't work nor can be retrieved! It instead mandates to create a new account. Some basic features also missing like "wishlist" or bookmark. Otherwise it's ok start-up slowly upgrading online experience. Support person comes back definitely. Only place to get consolidated though limited organic natural and farm/ers connections. Good Idea. Keep it up, and definitely improve on basic features.
